- If you purchased a collar add the information to be printed on 4 lines of the tag.
Please list the breed of dog.
Name Tags add info for the tag
Line 1: Your name,
Line 2: Your address,
Line 3: Your city and state, and
Line 4: Your phone number.
- Click the continue button
- Select
Check/Money Order to send a payment by US Mail. You will receive and email invoice once you confirm the order and the order.
- Select PayPal to pay online.
- Click continue
- Print this order confirmation page for your records. A copy of this will be stored in your account for review later. Just login to your account.
- Click Confirm order
- Login to your PayPal account to process payment under a secure connection.
Or create a PayPal account to process payment thru PayPal account.
